This TicTacToe allows you to play this game with your friend real time and wirelessly. It works thru peer-to-peer connection, thus no internet access is needed, as long as you and your friends iPhone or iPad have their bluetooth or wifi turned on.
Once the app is open, go to "Connect" to connect with the other device. Then you can play TicTacToe with your friend.
